The design of a learning solution is often siloed, focusing only on the Learning Experience (LX) for the end-user. However, a highly effective learning solution will fail to scale or be adopted if it creates high friction for other key stakeholders in the organization, such as administrators, organizational buyers, and policy makers. Learning engineering, as an enterprise discipline, considers learning within a system of systems and therefore addresses systemic, logistical, and technical barriers to ensure successful implementation.
